Project introduction
Compared with the traditional water tank and tower water supply, the soft starter constant pressure water supply has many advantages such as energy saving and pollution-free water resources. In this article, we will take the constant pressure water supply of a SKTR2-driven pump in a customer case as an example to illustrate the application details of this series of soft starters in the constant pressure water supply.
(1)Introduction
The automatic water supply control system is in operation. The equipment detects pressure changes caused by changes in water consumption in the water supply network through a highly sensitive pressure sensor installed on the water supply network. The sensor can constantly transmit the change signal to the soft starter. After comparing the results of the microcomputer calculation and setting the pressure value, the soft starter will send a signal to change the frequency.
(2)Solution
The controller can change rotate speed and decide the using number of water pump. It can automatically adjust water supply volume at peak and valley to ensure that the water supply network pressure is constant so as to satisfy water demand of users.
